Rest assured, we offer complimentary WiFi throughout the Villas, ensuring you can easily access the internet and stay connected with family, friends and work if needed.
– Are the villas and property child-friendly?

At Hugga, we welcome families and strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment for guests of all ages. While our villas and property offer a charming and inviting atmosphere, it’s important to note that we have not specifically child-proofed the accommodations. We kindly request that guardians exercise caution and keep a watchful eye on children to ensure their well-being throughout their stay.

– What activities are available around Hugga?
There are many things to do around Hugga and the Hocking Hills area! Some of the activities are; hiking trails, caves, canoeing, adventure parks, zip-lining, rock climbing, horse trails, as well as year-round festivals, wineries and breweries.

 At Hugga, we believe in providing the utmost comfort and convenience for our guests, even in the smallest of details. Our thoughtfully curated selection of bathroom items aims to enhance your stay and ensure a refreshing and enjoyable experience. – Is there a minimum rental age?

Yes. The registered guest must be at least 25 years of age. This guest assumes all responsibility and sole liability for any loss, injury or accident suffered by all guests in your party while on the premises and for any damage or injury caused to the property or other persons.  

– What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is any time after 3:00PM and check-out is at 11:00AM. Occasionally we accommodate checking in or out at other times, if you contact us.

– Is the property pet friendly?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this location. Our priority is to maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests, and this includes adhering to a no-pets policy. We understand the importance of furry companions to many individuals, but due to various reasons such as potential allergies, noise concerns and maintaining the cleanliness of the premises, we have decided to establish this policy.
– Can I charge my electric car?
Yes, we have an EV car charger on-site, allowing you to charge your electric car hassle-free during your stay. Feel free to plug in and power up while you relax and enjoy your time at Hugga.

– Do you host weddings or events?

Are there any service work that will take place while I am at my Villa?
Like all resorts, regular maintenance is required to keep our Villas and property in pristine condition. Mowing and Landscaping Service are schedule Sunday through Thursday, depending on weather. Our property team works from 10 AM and typically is complete by 1PM, with a hard stop at 3PM. In addition, Hot Tub Service and balancing can occur during your stay.
