– Reservations and Fees
  • Reservations must be paid in full if you are booking within 45 days of reservation date.

You will only be required to pay 50% at the time of booking and the other 50% will be collected 45 days before the reservation date.

Our rates fluctuate based on seasonal demand and availability. 

– Check-in & Check-out
  • Check-in
    Self-check-in will be at 3pm on the date of your reservation. You will receive an email after booking with additional check-in information. 
  • Check-out
    Check out is by 11:00 am on the last day of your reservation. Unless agreed upon in advance with Hugga In the Hills, a late check out will be billed to guest a rate of $100/hr. 

Additional details regarding check-in and check-out will be available in our guidebook that is sent via email before your reservation. 

– Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the reservation date are non-refundable 
  • Between 30-60 days prior to the reservation date, guests may opt to reschedule their dates to another available date. 
  • Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their reservation in writing at least 60 days before the check in date. 
  • Our refund provider, Stripe, retains 3% of all transactions. In case of a refund-qualifying cancellation, this 3% fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Any cancellation request regarding guest illness, injury, or personal matters will follow our general cancellation policy. 
  • Refunds for inclement weather are not provided unless Hocking County issues a Level 2 or 3 road condition warning. 
– Age Requirement
  • Yes. The registered guest must be at least 25 years of age. This guest assumes all responsibility and sole liability for any loss, injury or accident suffered by all guests in your party while on the premises and for any damage or injury caused to the property or other persons. 
– Damage to Property
  • The registered guest assumes all responsibility and sole liability for any loss, injury or accident suffered by all guests in your party while on the premises and for any damage or injury caused to the property or other persons. Hugga In the Hills reserves the right to charge the registered guest for any damage to the premises or excessive cleaning necessary from your stay.
